The Editors: Józef Laptos is Professor of Contemporary History at the Pedagogical University of Cracow (Poland), where he is the holder of Jean Monnet Chair and founder of the Centre of European Studies. He has published widely on the history of European diplomacy, history of Belgium and on the European Union.
Mariusz Misztal is Assistant Professor of European History and Civilisation at the Pedagogical University of Cracow. Co-founder of the Master's programme in European studies, he has published on the history of the idea of Europe, British history and history of Malta.
