About the Authors: Avid readers and storytellers, Ekaterina and Taya Walter are a mother-daughter duo that have been crafting tales for as long as they can remember. The Amber and Sapphire story series took shape during one of their road trips and since then took on a life of its own as new stories were imagined and retold by campfires, on plane rides, or on hikes. Inspired by Ekaterina's background of writing books and their mother-daughter evening ritual of reading together, Taya came up with the idea of sharing their imagination with others. This book has been a work of love that brought its creators unbelievable joy. The authors sincerely hope that it'll inspire kids and parents everywhere to pursue their own passion projects.
