Southern California-based designers Dave Parmley and Eric Ruffing of 13THFLOOR have been creating cutting edge graphics and logos for the entertainment and action sports industries for more than 20 years. With early roots in Santa Cruz creating iconic surf graphics, these influential designers have developed an identifiable aesthetic that still resonates today with youth and alternative cultures.
