Mohsin Khan is the author of a collection of short stories and several children's books. His Urdu play, Khwaab ki Ta'beer was awarded first prize in the 90's in a radio-play contest, drawing participants from 19 Indian languages. Awarded State Government's honour by Uttar Pradesh Urdu Academy, he currently serves as a secretary at Academy of Mass Communication, Lucknow. 'Allah Miyan Ka Karkhana' is his debut novel.
