Biography: ANN CAUGHMAN was raised in the Bronx, New York by her divorced mother. By the age of 16, she started her own tax business. Over the next fifty years, Ms. Ann, as she is called, gleaned from the experts in various industries which included banking, accounting, retirement pensions, real estate, mortgages as well as some time in the stock markets and investments, owning her own companies in several of these areas and helping others establish theirs. Ms. Ann was good at making money, until one day she realized that she had no lasting pension of her own, no meaningful amounts of money in the bank, no kind of protection for her children if anything were to happen to her and nothing lasting to show for all the knowledge that she had gained or all the money that she had made. This was when she realized that financial independence took more than just working hard, as she had been taught. Like so many others in her community, Ms. Ann did not know how to get money to work for her. Therefore, the second part of her life was spent studying the wealthy and what they knew. She came to know that those that had lasting money had a different mindset than those that did not. With this knowledge, Ms. Ann has unlocked the door to wealth and becoming financially independent and is on her way to making money work for her.
