Spark scientific curiosity in kids of all ages! The All About Atoms Hardcover Book Set includes all three books in the My First Science Textbook series: Atoms, Protons and Neutrons, and Electrons. The story of subatomic particles as never told before... Meet Pete the Proton, Ned the Neutron, and Ellie the Electron. These subatomic pals are the stuff of chemistry legend, full of mystery and excitement! The light-hearted, scientifically accurate books in this set turn Chemistry 101 into a delightful tale of universal friendship. This series is designed to help children explore some of the fundamental concepts in science before they face the social pressure and intimidation of formal schooling. Atoms are the essential building blocks for everything in the universe. From the water you drink, to the hair on your head, and the book in your hands ¿ they're all made out of the exact same atoms! Basic Chemistry has never been such fun. You'll learn about the structure of an atom; protons, neutrons, and electrons; charge and mass properties; molecules and compounds; covalent and ionic bonds; the periodic table, and so much more. Let your imagination roam while you and your kiddos ponder what it's like to live inside an atom!
