Born on 25.04.1978 at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. completed my Graduation in 2004 fron SKUAST-K, Shalimar; Post Graduation in 2008 and Doctorate in 2011 from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir.Qualified ASRB/National Eligibilty Test(NET) consecutively twice during 2007 & 2008.
