Samir Ul Hassan is a research scholar (Ph.d) in the Department of Economics, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong and has completed M.Phil in Agricultural Economics from Devi Ahiliya Vishwavidaliya, Indore and Masters from HNB Garwhal (Central University) Dehradun. He has published number of papers in various international and national journals.
