Raga M. Elzaki Ali es ciudadana de Sudán. Es profesora asociada en la Universidad Gezira de Sudán y trabaja en la Universidad Faisal King de Arabia Saudí desde 2014. Es doctora en Agricultura por la Universidad de Jartum con el apoyo del DAAD de Alemania. Sus intereses de investigación son construir un modelo sobre la pobreza y el desarrollo rural.
