Aristotle divided virtues into two groups; intellectual and virtue of character or moral. The two works synonymously; character virtue depends onto intellectual in all its decisions. So where the two meet leads to human happiness. Where character virtue work independently, then leads to vice. Moral development for Nyerere is rooted from hardworking, communion and self-reliance. According to Nyerere, man develop morally as achieves education which makes him/her conscious. Evils in the world and especially in Tanzania is a result of ignorance.
