Jon Eschsri was born in Somerset and currently lives in Cambridgeshire. He has been obsessed with Íslendingasöouml;gur, the Icelandic sagas, since he took a holiday on the island in 2018. He has a degree from Manchester University and a Masters from the University of the West of England. He is envious of his fictional characters who are fluent in Icelandic and spends his free time trying to learn the language, mostly unsuccessfully.
