A plea for the administrators of the territories of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Sonnette d'alarme d'un administrateur de territoire assistant, the title of the work which has taken on the mission of alerting the country's authorities to the living conditions of the administrators of the territories and their collaborators.Since the Congo became independent, they have given the best of themselves in the total indifference of the Republic. These executives of the civil service depending on the National Ministry of the Interior, sometimes enter in function and die without being recognized by the State while they are appointed by presidential order.Living in total insecurity, they are called to ensure development at the grassroots.This book has shown the attributions, tasks and importance of their role if we really want to lead the country towards a better future. Hence the need for a different way of managing these cadres in order to give them the opportunity to fully assume their function. This is the justification for this plea, which places everyone before their responsibilities.
