Dr. Tapan K Gandhi is currently working as Associate Professor in the Dept. of Electrical Engineering, and adjunct faculty in the School of Information Technology, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is also research affiliate to MIT, USA. His research expertise spans from Computational Neuroscience, Brain imaging, Assistive Technology, Bio-medical Instrumentation, machine learning, Cognitive Computing to Artificial intelligence. He is serving as the Chairperson of Project Prakash charitable Trust, that helps in Restoration of Vision and providing education to visually impaired in India.  Dr. Debanjan Konar is an Assistant Professor (Research) at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, India. He has completed his PhD [Eng.] from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi on Quantum Self-supervised Neural Network for Medical Image Segmentation. His research interests include quantum machine learning, deep learning, and medical image analysis. He has published several papers in these areas in leading journals and IEEE international conferences. He is also a reviewer for various international journals and conferences. Dr. Biswaraj Sen, PhD., M.Tech., B.E is an academic professional with expertise in teaching & research in the field of Engineering & Technology Education. He is currently working as Associate Professor in Computer Science & Engineering Department of Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (A constituent unit of Sikkim Manipal University - NAAC accredited). His experience spans over 17 years and during this period he has handled variety of subjects for undergraduate / post graduate programmes (theory & practical sessions). His core academic strength & research interest include Ad hoc networks / Sensor networks / Network Security / Mobile Networks and related areas. He has to his credit 17+ publications in International Journals & Conferences. Apart of academic engagements, DrBiswaraj also serves as Head of Industry Academia Linkages & Training and Placement Cell of Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. He has been successful in building strong partnership with Industry houses and has been able to establish Industry driven lab at the Institute.  Dr. Kalpana Sharma is associated with Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology since 1998. Currently, she is Professor & Head of Department of Computer Science & Engineering Department. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering) from NIT Silchar (Formerly REC Silchar), Master of Technology from IIT Kharagpur and Ph.D from Sikkim Manipal University. Her research interest includes Wired / Wireless Networks, NDN Networks, Distributed Systems, Data Mining, Data Analytics, Image Processing and other areas of computer science. She is actively involved in research and supervising PhD scholars in the university. As an active member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI), she demonstrates and participates actively in trending research areas of computing. Dr Sharma has more than 40 publications in National & International Journals and conferences with more than 600 citations. She has chaired multiple sessions in International and National Conferences. She has successfully executed various AICTE funded research projects and is currently the Principal Investigator of Data Analytics project funded by TMA Pai research grant. She is a member of University Research Committee of the university.
