Belay Tizazu Mengistie, Lecturer in the department of Geography and Environmental Studies, Adama University. He received his MA in Geography and Environmental Studies and also second MA in Development Studies from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He has taught courses and researched in to Geographic, Environment and Development issues.
