In this book The authors aim at understanding the process of learning and its components, assessing the determinants of the learning school and how they apply to organizations. They then evaluated the contribution and criticisms of the learning school. The authors having reviewed vast number of literature have summarized the concept of the learning school as "all hands-on-deck phenomenon" where individuals or employees are empowered in teams to improve on their desire and ability to create and explore.
