"I love the breakdown and analysis of the tangible attributes of the Holy Spirit with concrete examples, with Old and New Testament references, and in nonabstract terms. This commentary gives you a concise understanding of a whirlwind of events in an easy-to-read and succinct way. Written with excellence!" -Crystal Wilhoite, founder of a nonprofit "What we can just read through and pass over quickly, Dr. Ryrie explains in more than sufficient detail showing what happened and why it matters. It is a succinct, simple, and sound perspective on the events that Luke records in the book of Acts, and you will receive dividends of wisdom and understanding for the time you invest in reading this book." -Jason and Stephanie Liller, IT specialist and Christian blogger "Above all, this commentary demonstrates an allegiance to the authority, inspiration, infallibility, and inerrancy of Scripture and will encourage, edify, and educate budding Bible students." -David S. Steele, pastor
