This is a best-selling book that was sold as a complement to PMI's "Practice Standard for Project Risk Management", and was featured in PMI's Book Club (with over 25,000 webinar viewers, and 4.36 of 5.00 rating). Michael M. Bissonette is and adjunct professor at Clarkson University, where he has been teaching "Strategic Project Management for over 4 years in the Master of Science in Engineering Management curriculum. Thomas Cocotis is a contributing editor who is a recognized and credentialed expert in Agile and Scrum Development Processes. Thomas Cocotis and Michael M.
