This research was undertaken to assess the impact of Free Senior High School on Ghanaian Muslim child in Madina. The main objective of the study is about the implementation of the progressive Free Senior High School which came to existence by Government of Ghana. This implementation of the FSHS has brought about a lot of controversies to Ghanaians, it is then worth to assess the impact of this implementation on Ghanaian Muslim child. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the study adopted a qualitative research approach to obtain data collection from the study area. The study made use of questionnaires which was distributed to students and some parents together with interviews of some students, officials, stakeholders and parents. Books, articles, journals and some internet materials were also consulted during the study. The study reveals that though the implementation of the FSHS has increased enrollment of students it has also had negative impact on students due to the hindered challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, inadequate Teaching and Learning Materials, and Double track system.

Abubakar Haadi é um estudante e um investigador nasceu em Mammobi, em Accra Gana, a 6 de Março de 1996. Frequentou a escola primária na região Bono Oriental do Gana e formou-se na Escola Secundária Istiqaama em 17 de Maio de 2017. No ano seguinte, entrou no Colégio Universitário Islâmico, no Gana, para prosseguir estudos religiosos.
