Sie hat über ethnische Gruppen geforscht.Mehmet Bedri Aluçlu schloss sein Masterstudium in Soziologie und öffentlicher Verwaltung ab und promovierte in Soziologie mit einer Arbeit über die Entwicklung des PKK-Diskurses.
