Anita Vandyke is a qualified rocket scientist, medical student, artist, and the brains behind the popular zero-waste living Instagram @Rocket-Science, where she has documented her journey from the corporate world to a life of decreased consumption. Born in Guangzhou, China, Vandyke splits her time between medical school in Sydney, Australia, and San Francisco, California, where she resides with her husband.
