Possuo graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2001), mestrado em Engenharia de Sistemas e Computação pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2004) e doutorado em Engenharia Civil na área de Sistemas Computacionais (2015). Fui Oficial da Marinha até 2010. Hoje sou pesquisador do IpQM.
