The aim of our study is to assess the incidence of Cutaneous Adverse Drug Reactions in the in-patient and out-patient wings of the dermatology department in the tertiary care hospitals. From the study it was concluded that Fixed Drug eruptions are the most frequently observed Cutaneous Adverse Drug Reactions followed by maculopapular rash. We identified that the most common drugs responsible are NSAIDs followed by Anti epileptics.
