Dr. R.J. Bagha is a graduate in Podiatric Medicine with a Masters Degree in Microbiology. He is trained in Canada and the U.K. He is the past-president of a progressive not-for-profit organization and functions as an Imam at a local mosque whenever summoned to lead congregational prayers and conduct sermons. His sermons often include clearing misconceptions on Prophet Muhammad, the Koran, and Allah ( which is an Arabic word for God). He also tries to reignite the legacy of Prophet Muhammad on human, animal, and environmental rights in Islam. The book was written while Bagha was practicing as a podiatrist in Regina, Saskatchewan. It is the probably the wide horizon, the absence of distractions as one views the miles and miles of prairie grass, and the freezing wind-blown prairie cold that makes one hunker down and take on thought-provoking subjects that form the material of this book.
