Taleb has worked on business development projects for various startup companies. He is also a certified trainer and a certified Human Resource specialist and he has delivered numerous training courses in soft skills management. He has helped clients in several industries and sectors, such as Retail, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Human Resource, upskill their teams and achieve a better return of expectations (ROE). Taleb holds a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science. Furthermore, he is a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a member of the American Society of Training and Development. He spent twenty-one years working for the largest pharmaceutical corporates. He has developed, trained, and motivated thousands of sales and marketing employees. Taleb has received several awards for exceptional achievements as a Learning and Development Manager. He has been involved in various companies' business development and client relations activities as well as the delivery of multiple workshops. Taleb just recently published his book, All You Need is A.S.K. Attitude, Skills and Knowledge. He delivers a variety of skill development workshops focusing on negotiation, management, and leadership. He is currently working as an Executive Director for a high-end healthcare facility in New York, dealing with marketing, social media, and customer satisfaction.
