Cloud computing (CC)-a term referring to sources and computer systems available on demand through the internet, which provides a number of integrated computer services without being bound by local resources in order to make it easier for the user and those resources include storage space, data backup, and self-synchronization. Users do not need any background knowledge of the services. The user can control when it is connected to the network in these resources through a simple software interface simplifies and ignores a lot of details and internal operations. The Egyptian companies suffer from the surrounding circumstances that are associated with increasing digital data to be processed and stored nowadays. This recent phenomena have affected in companies and cost increase as well as inefficient performance. This research aims at showing improved performance and reducing costs through adoption of cloud computing technology in The Egyptian companies, designing and evaluating guideline standards for the building of the proposed cloud-computing model for improving performance and reducing costs.
