Ryan regularly deals with litigation involving civil fraud, tracing and following claims, commodities sales, agency, partnership, and shareholder disputes, and cross-border elements. Ryan is also experienced in offshore work, having been called to the Bar in the British Virgin Islands and advised in relation to proceedings in a number of jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, Antigua, and the Bahamas.
