Mrs. Vandana Chandrakar received her bachelor of architecture (B. Arch) from NIT, Raipur, and her M. Plan from UTD, CSVTU,Bhilai . She is an assistant professor in the urban planning department at CSVTU, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. She has published 10 national and international articles in peer-reviewed journals.
