Dr. Sheikh Shahid Saleem, is serving as an Associate Professor in the Mech. Engg. Deptt at NIT Srinagar. He has done his Masters from IIT Roorkee, with specialization in Machine Design, where the subject of Noise has been the focus of his research. He has received his Doctorate in Materials Tribology and his current research is on bio-materials.
