Ally Aletha, mother of two, is the owner of Sunshine Fitness LLC. Throughout her career, she has helped countless people achieve their weight loss and wellness goals. She has an extensive background in teaching, training and coaching for onsite and remote clients. A published author, Boston qualified marathoner, and World's Toughest Mudder qualifier, she is passionate about the breakthrough and helping others realize their potential. In addition to numerous credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, she refers to herself as a Professional Lover of Life!
