Dr. Barkat Ul Ain was born in Pakistan and did a sandwich PhD from Pakistan, USA and China. She has won prestigious awards including TWAS and IRSIP fellowship along with project grants from Higher Education Commission Pakistan. Dr. Ul-Ain is currently working in National Centre of Physics Pakistan. Her main interests are nanomaterials and catalysis
