MURIMI GAITA, PhD: enseña literatura en la Universidad Kenyatta de Nairobi. Fue becario de la Commonwealth en la Universidad Jawaharlal Nehru de Nueva Delhi (2006-2009), donde estudió inglés. Entre sus intereses se cuentan la literatura poscolonial sobre África y Asia, los estudios populares y de performance, y el folclore.
