Mirella DeLorenzo is a mother of three grown children and has taught yoga in the Philadelphia area for more than 15 years. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate from Yoga on Main in 2008. She continued her studies by completing two additional 500-hour yoga and Ayurveda teacher training programs in 2009 and 2012. She completed an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant program with the American Institute of Vedic Studies in 2013. Mirella is also a certified Integral Vedic counselor through The American Institute of Vedic studies since 2020. She was formally initiated in both Turiya meditation and Kriya yoga meditation. Knowing firsthand the power yoga and meditation had in her own life, she is committed to sharing the teachings with others.
