Neil Clark lived first 20 years of life in Notting Dale, North Kensington worked in public libraries for 10 years. Then as a management trainer and consultant, he lived and worked in Dudley, Horsham, Bexley Heath and Broadstairs. Married with three children. He has previously published five books.
