In the last twenty years, the importance of Knowledge Management in the business world has been ignored. In addition, there is very limited documentation on business-to-consumer e-business and Knowledge Management in Kenya. This study sort to design a business-to-consumer e-business model for Knowledge Management in the retail industry in Kenya. By doing so, the study specifically aims to identify the factors influencing business-to-consumer e-business adoption for Knowledge Management in the retail industry, design an effective business-to-consumer e-business model for Knowledge Management in the retailindustry and validate the designed model in Kenya.
