Il dott. Shankar Dattatreya MBBS, FHM, PGDHIVM, lavora come ufficiale medico per l'ART presso l'ospedale distrettuale di Tumkur, Karnataka, India dal 2010 e opera nel difficile campo dell'HIV/AIDS. È stato borsista in Ricerca Operativa presso l'Union-WHO e in Salute Sessuale e Riproduttiva presso il GFMER. Impegnato attivamente nell'educazione dei giovani e dei gruppi a rischio per la prevenzione dell'HIV.
