Rezensionen
"...the book provides quick, shrewd analyses into the most pressing facets of various challenges facing local government...I think it would be of interest not only to local government administrative leaders, but also to elected officials, who may not have a full grasp of the range of issues that face local governments, providing ordeals to overcome, but also opportunities if handled well."

Christopher L. Atkinson, Public Organization Review
