Alexandra Georgas is an author, international speaker, and performing songwriter and who has been working on weight loss for most of her life. Her book, Jackisms, Weight Loss Humor and Help from my Weight Loss Friends, is a fun collection of helpful and humorous weight loss quotes and reflections Alexandra collected from her friend Jack and her weight loss buddies. A graduate of Second City in Chicago, Alexandra peppers her work with humor. Alexandra has a Master's degree from DePaul University and has spoken at technical conferences throughout the United States, Europe and South America.
