Mary Rose Herd (nee Wait), born in Malta on the 29 July 1958 was always keen on expanding her knowledge. Although she masters in the theory of music and the playing of the pianoforte, she was always interested in social life. Hence this book, which is a study of how low income earners can have a decent life-style.
