Autorenporträt
Alessandro D. Conti is Associate Professor of History of Medieval Philosophy at the University of L'Aquila (Italy). His research concentrates on commentaries on the Isagoge of Porphyry and on Aristotle's Categories from Boethius to Paul of Venice and on the logic, ontology and gnoseology of Walter Burley, John Wyclif, and Paul of Venice. He is member of the Editorial Board of Vivarium and author of several books and critical editions, including Esistenza e verità. Forme e strutture del reale in Paolo Veneto e nel pensiero filosofico del tardo medioevo (Rome, 1996), many articles and several entries in theStanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy .
