Graeme Murdock, D.Phil. (1996), University of Oxford, is Associate Professor of European History at Trinity College Dublin. His publications on Central European history include Calvinism on the Frontier: International Calvinism and the Reformed Church of Hungary and Transylvania (Oxford, 2000). Howard Louthan, Ph.D. (1994), Princeton University, is Professor of History and Director of the Center for Austrian Studies at the University of Minnesota. His publications include The Quest for Compromise: Peacemakers in Counter-Reformation Vienna (Cambridge, 2006) and Converting Bohemia: Force and Persuasion in the Catholic Reformation (Cambridge, 2011).
