Yvonne Jackson, now Yvonne Allen, was born in Detroit, Michigan. She works for the federal government and is a proud U.S. Army veteran. Yvonne has been writing since she was a young girl. She has always had an appreciation for the arts in all forms. A mother of five, Yvonne has what some people don't: a source to draw her stories from. Her two main categories of writing are fiction and poetry. Yvonne has written various articles and legal documents. She studied Media Arts Journalism at Long Island University in Brooklyn, N.Y. A Circle of Sistaz: The Evolution of a Poet is the first installment of three volumes of poetry. Yvonne has much more to offer her readers, so keep your eyes open for future projects from this writer.
