The University of Lodz very kindly added to the history of the Dobranicki, who were part of my family by contributing the Master Thesis completed in 1994 by Katarzyna Pakos. Furthermore Professor Jacek Walicki, very kindly sent me a copy of his publication "Synagogues and Prayer Houses of Lodz, showing the involvement of members of the family in the running of named synagogues.
