"Turning a part-time drawing hobby into a full-time income." Over the past 40 years Craig has had two hobbies that he has been passionate about, 3D Animation and Drawing. Although he only picked up the bug for 3D Animation about 15 years ago, he has been drawing off and on for pretty much his whole life. He has already managed to successfully turn one of his hobbies into a full-time career. In fact for the past decade, he has spent most of his waking hours doing something involving 3D Modeling or Animation. Whether it was Research and Development videos for Precision Agriculture, Educational videos for Aviation Security, or introducing first year college students to the exciting world of 3D Modeling, he has logged quite a few hours on 3D software. In 2020, he decided it was time to put his 3D Animation business on hold and to try his hand at making a living as a professional Illustrator. He also decided that he was going to invite the entire world to watch him make the transition. Craig will be launching a YouTube channel that will chronicle his entire journey. His hope is to inspire and educate other aspiring Illustrators to do the same. The books you see here are just some of the projects you'll see created on his YouTube channel over the coming years. Craig would like to invite anyone interested in transitioning to a career in Illustration, to visit his YouTube channel at www.craigbabin.com
