Auto Biography Cecil Clarke, currently a Real Estate Agent, and also an Insurance Agent, studied Business Administration, at West Indies College, and Techniques of Supervision & Personnel Management, at College of Arts, Science & Technology. He wrote more than a thousand quotes, but this is the first book that he has published, to date. You will have the benefit of his additional publications, in the not too distant future. He and his wife, Rhona, lives in Miami, Florida. They have one fine son, who is a Business Executive with his company, for Europe, and the Middle east.
