Autorenporträt
Jorge Heine is CIGI Professor of Global Governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Wilson Center Global Fellow. He is a past Vice-President of the International Political Science Association (IPSA) and has held visiting appointments at the universities of Konstanz, Heidelberg, Oxford, Paris and Stanford. He is a former Chilean Ambassador to India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka (2003-2007) and to South Africa (1994-1999). Brigitte Weiffen is a Lecturer in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz. She was previously a research associate at University of Tübingen and the University of Bonn and has been a visiting researcher at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, Waterloo and at the Institute of International Relations, University of São Paulo.
