Nandini Nayar is the award-winning author of over 50 books for children and over three hundred short stories. She has written picture books, chapter books, middle grade fiction, non-fiction and retellings. A bibliophile with an extra special love for graphic novels and children's books, Chandrima started illustrating as a way to express herself. She loves colors and quirky artwork and seeing what she makes come alive on the page. She works with words during the day and images at night. She also has an MA in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics.
