Prof. Dr. Mustafa MIYNAT was born in Trabzon-Turkey in 1968. He has obtained his PhD degree in finance in 2003 from Manisa Celal Bayar University. Since then editor has worked in different projects in the field of Fiscal Law. He is a member of Manisa Celal Bayar University and also is the Dean of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
