Charlene Richard is a registered social worker and founder of Caring Safely. With over 15 years of clinical experience in addictions and mental health, Charlene now teaches at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Social Work while providing education and training through Caring Safely and therapy through her private practice. Her primary areas of interest are trauma-informed practice and burnout prevention.
