Loren Murfield, Ph.D. met Johnny Rodgers as Johnny was returning to college in 1993 and Loren was finishing his Ph.D. in Communication Studies at the University of Nebraska. After a decade of teaching communication and leadership courses to undergraduates and graduate students, Loren left academia to write books and coach executives. Today he is the author of 13 books and a weekly blog while facilitating a monthly mastermind for radical change called the TED Talk Think Tank at Tampa's Centre Club.
