Né à Luanda, en Angola, le 10 novembre 1974. Architecte (Lisbonne 1999), diplômé en logements à bas coût (Madrid 2005) Planification urbaine durable (Banque mondiale 2012), travaille dans la rénovation urbaine des bidonvilles de Luanda Cazenga, lauréat du prix Imogestin Maison sociale 2016 "Patio Building".
